Studio policies that help us maintain a balanced, respectful experience for every guest.
Adjusting Your Appointment
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. As a small, independent studio, last minute changes can significantly affect our schedule.
We kindly ask for a minimum of 72 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment without charge.
Cancellations & Missed Appointments
As a courtesy, reminder messages are sent 48 hours prior to your appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules within 72 hours will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service.
No shows will be charged the full service amount.
We deeply value your time and ours, this policy ensures fairness to all guests and allows us to maintain availability for those waiting to book.
Sickness & Family Emergencies
If you or someone in your household is unwell, please reschedule for the safety and comfort of everyone in our shared space.
A one time exception is offered for emergencies. After that, standard cancellation policies apply.
Please do not attend your appointment sick , your service may be shortened or rescheduled at your artist’s discretion.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to settle in and prepare for your service.
Arriving with clean, makeup free lashes or brows ensures we can begin on time and preserve your results.
If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your appointment to stay on schedule. Full service fees still apply for shortened visits.
After-Hours Appointments
Occasionally, after-hours appointments are available upon request for an additional fee.
Please inquire directly if you need accommodation outside standard hours, we’ll do our best to assist when possible.
Working Over Other Artists’ Work
For lash extension guests: if you’re coming from another artist, please note that previous work may need to be removed and reapplied to ensure your lash health and safety.
This will always be discussed before any service begins.

Guests & Companions
Due to limited space and liability considerations, children or additional guests cannot accompany you to your appointment.
This allows us to maintain a focused, peaceful environment for your service.

Payment & Deposits
All major payment methods are accepted.
Some appointments may require a deposit or prepayment to secure your time, deposits are non-refundable but transferable with adequate notice.
Patch Tests & Allergies
If you have a history of sensitivity or allergies, a patch test can be scheduled in advance. Please notify us prior to your appointment so we can ensure the safest and most comfortable experience for you.
FAQ
Can I bring someone to my appointment?
For the comfort and focus of all guests, services are one-on-one. Companions are not permitted in the studio during appointments.
What’s the difference between a Lash Lift and a Brow Lamination?
A Lash Lift enhances your natural lashes by curling and refining them, while Brow Lamination smooths and shapes brow hairs for a full, polished look. Both are designed to elevate your natural features with minimal upkeep.
