How Online Certification Works

• Step 1: After enrollment, your trainer will contact you to arrange access to the online training portal and schedule your first Zoom meeting. During this meeting, your trainer will introduce the course, explain the learning process, and walk you through what to expect.
• Step 2: Complete the Elleebana Excellence Academy online course at your own pace during your access period.
• Step 3: After completing the online education, complete five passable case studies for trainer assessment. Each case study will be reviewed and feedback will be provided.
• Step 4: After completing the case study requirements, attend a second and final Zoom meeting with your trainer to review feedback, discuss remaining questions, and complete the certification process.
