Overview
Sometimes the best way to learn is by observing. This one-on-one Look & Learn session gives you the chance to shadow Taylor during a live service of your choice. You’ll get a front-row view of her technique, pacing, client interaction, product use, and subtle refinements that often go unspoken in traditional classes.

You’ll also have time before and after the demo to ask questions, get feedback, and talk shop—whether it’s about services, systems, or strategy.

Look & Learn sessions are booked on a case-by-case basis depending on guest comfort, studio schedule, and service type. If you’re flexible, we’ll find a shadowing opportunity that aligns with your learning goals and our guest experience standards.
